Dr Alan R. Blaher D.C, C.A.C
I was born to a military family and moved around a lot until the age of 9. At that time (1987), we moved to the Castle Rock area and have been in the area almost the entirety of my life. I was homeschooled for high school and that afforded me a number of unique opportunities for both early work experience and education. I made an early jump into college at the age of 15, with definite goals for the future. In January of 2000, those goals changed when I strained my back while shoveling snow. Barely able to move, I found myself in the office of a local chiropractor. Eight months later, after graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology, I enrolled in classes and the chiropractic program at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. I graduated in September 2003 with my Doctor of Chiropractic as well as an additional bachelors in Human Anatomy.
I first opened the doors of Healing Hands Family Chiropractic on October 1, 2003 and have been blessed to be a part of the health journey of thousands of individuals.
Dr. Ariana Blaher D.C, C.A.C, CACCP
Dr. Ariana is originally from New Jersey. She graduated from the University of Miami (FL) in 2007 with a degree in Psychology and Sociology. In 2012 she graduated from Cleveland University-Kansas City with her Doctor of Chiropractic. In 2013 she received her education and certificate to practice Animal Chiropractic. Through the Animal Chiropractic program she met Dr. Alan. In 2014 she moved to Castle Rock and joined Dr. Alan in practice. In 2014 she graduated
from Functional Medicine University with her certificate in Functional Medicine. In 2020, Dr. Ariana joined the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) and became Webster Certified. In 2022 she completed her training of the CACCP (Certificate in Pediatrics from the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics) program and is currently the only chiropractor in Castle Rock with this advanced pediatric certification.
Dr. Ariana is an avid animal lover. Growing up with dogs and being a competitive equestrian rider since the age of 6, working with animals fills her soul. Dr. Ariana loves to travel with her husband and family, experiencing and exploring new cultures. Her and her husband also love to cook and try new foods. She loves being active but also loves her down time with reading. After going through her own fertility struggles, she found a passion for helping and educating soon to be, new and seasoned moms and their children. This is what lead her to focus on pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic.
At the age of 15, Dr. Ariana was significantly injured in a horseback riding accident, which brought her to experience chiropractic. With regular care, she was able to heal, recover and go back to her normal, busy, teenage life. With chiropractic care she hopes she can bring that to each person that comes through the office door.
Dr. Damon C. Yarde, L.A.T., A.T.C., D.C.
Dr. Damon C. Yarde was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania. After serving in the US Army, Dr. Damon moved to South Florida where he worked as a personal fitness trainer while attending college. Dr. Damon received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training with a minor in Exercise Science in 2017 from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida.
Dr. Damon worked at Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers in Palm Beach County, Florida for a year before pursuing his graduate studies. He had become interested in chiropractic care during a clinical rotation during undergrad because it aligned with his personal wellness philosophies as well as with his desire to provide focused, patient-centered care. He was accepted into Keiser University College of Chiropractic Medicine’s doctoral program and graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine in 2022.
Dr. Damon and his wife Veronica, an RN, love traveling domestically and internationally as well as hiking, white water rafting and the outdoors, so they moved to Colorado in the fall of 2022 to enjoy all that the area has to offer. He is the proud father of two adult sons and has one granddaughter and one grandson. Dr. Damon is family oriented, empathetic and always open to learning and growing and is thrilled to share his care and devotion with his patients at Healing Hands Family Chiropractic.
